SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES: Our shop contains digital downloadable products. We offer printed products upon request. A customer may also request that their purchases be placed on CD-ROM and shipped with additional shipping charges. I may have a sale that includes purchased products shipped on CD or DVD, in which case S&H is included.

RETURNS & REFUNDS: Due to the nature of the digital products – no refunds are allowed.
